We are recruiting a passionate and committed Therapeutic Care Practitioner to support children and young people in our Wrexham and Pwllheli care homes. Our training will enable you to be able to offer therapeutic interventions to children and young people who have been sexually exploited. You will be expected to work collaboratively with all colleagues to safeguard the young people we support and should possess a resilient and positive approach to your work. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working directly with vulnerable children. If you would like the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, growing team at an exciting stage of Your Chapter’s development, please get in touch with our recruitment team.
