Virginia Perkins
CEO

Virginia has in-depth experience gained within private and public sector care organisations and has operational expertise across numerous fast-paced, values-driven environments. Virginia oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation as well as heading up workforce recruitment and engagement at Your Chapter, aligning HR strategy to support a high performing culture.

Ian Oatley
Finance Director

Ian brings a wealth of financial strategic expertise to the Your Chapter team. In addition to his experience in residential care, education and fostering, Ian’s career has spanned a diverse range of industries and sectors, manufacturers and services and his skill set traverses every aspect of finance, from corporate finance, planning, control and analysis to system integrations and finance process innovation and optimisation.

Dr Stuart Hepworth
Clinical Director

Stuart is a Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years post qualification experience working with young people with complex mental health presentations, developmental difficulties and adverse childhood experiences. Since 2007, Stuart has worked specifically within provisions providing residential care to children and young people. Stuart is registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Division of Clinical Psychology.

Luqman Shah
Head of Commissioning

Luqman has over 20 year’s experience working with children in care, primarily gained working in residential care provisions. Luqman leads the strategic programme of commissioning for young people, driving innovation to deliver better outcomes. His areas of responsibility include marketing, management of referrals, frameworks and tenders as well as developing relationships with local authority partners.

Hayley Ross
HR Manager

Hayley is our Human Resources Manager at Your Chapter, working alongside our HR advisors to effectively implement the people strategy involving recruitment, colleague engagement and retention. She has over 10 years of successful people management and HR experience in the private sector working in Legal Compliance, Payroll and Service Improvement roles. Passionate about developing people and supporting them to be the best they can be, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference to people’s lives, Hayley studied Criminology at The University of Manchester achieving a 2:1 BA(Hons) degree and has also gained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Tayub Ahmed
Regional Manager

With a proven track record in Leadership and Management, Tayub has worked both in educational and residential settings since 2014. Tayub’s work experience includes residential care worker, senior residential care worker, deputy manager and a registered manager. Tayub’s vision is child-focused led and he is passionate about developing teams to look after our young people to the highest of standards.

Sheraz Rattoo
Head of Property

Sheraz is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s property portfolio to provide high quality homes for the children in our care, as well as our fleet services. Sheraz also overseas our new residential home and school build refurbishments, and is also the health and safety advisor for the organisation.

Lisa Baxter
Regional Manager

With a proven track record in Leadership and Management, Lisa has achieved excellent outcomes for children and young people, staff teams and management of services, ensuring all children and young people are safeguarded. Lisa has worked both in educational and residential settings since 1993 including roles as residential care worker, senior residential care worker, deputy manager and for the past seven years, a registered manager. For the previous two years she has been conducting regulation 44 visits along with mentoring and supporting registered managers.

Amanda Cooke
Regional Manager

With close to 20 years’ experience of working in residential care settings, Amanda has previously managed several children’s home for children who have experience neglect, sexual trauma child sexual exploitation. Amanda has solid experience of supporting young people who have experienced abuse, working with leading social care organisations when employed as a residential care worker, advancing her career to the roles of Home Manager, Operations Manager and Regional Manager/RI.

Karen Brougham
Regional Manager

Karen is senior social care professional with over 30 years’ experience in social care operations and strategic management. She is fundamental in the improvement, growth, and transformation of services, delivering business strategies and cohesive practices within social care both public and private sectors. These include, residential, edge of care, and leaving care services.  Karen is passionate when working with children, young people and their families to support improved outcomes and future life chances.

Pria Griffiths-Sen
Quality Assurance Manager

Pria started her career in the Health and Social Care sector in 2001 as a trainee residential care worker. Since then, Pria’s work history has included setting up and managing Children’s homes, working as an Area Manager for a Children’s residential care service and working as a Regulation 44 Independent Visitor. Pria’s key focus throughout her career continues to be to provide high quality, individualised and child-centred care services to vulnerable young people.

Liliana Modoi
Head of Education

Liliana is the Head of Education and oversees the education department. With over 12 years of experience working in both mainstream and independent schools, Liliana has experience working with EBD, CSE, HSB, PMLD, SEMH and EEL students. Her research in Music Therapy, has enable her to develop and implement the three phase ‘Music Therapy for Sexually Traumatized Children’ program. Committed and passionate about supporting young students to achieve their potential and the best outcomes in education and life, Liliana has successfully improved Ofsted/ESTYN rating for all the education services that she has been involved with.

Cerasela Raducanescu
Regional Head Teacher

Cerasela has 20 years’ experience in leadership and teaching in mainstream and independent schools across all ages (11-18 years) and abilities. Before joining Care4Children in 2018, she was a Lead Teacher of Science and Technology, Head of Science Faculty, Key Stage 3 and 4 Science Coordinator and Teacher of Chemistry and Physics. Her vision has always been to establish a productive, nurturing and highly professional environment to promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards.

Carole Piddington
Office Manager

Carole has come primarily from an NHS background for the past 12 years, working as a Personal Assistant in a variety of posts. Since joining Your Chapter, Carole has progressed from the role of Personal Assistant to Office Manager. In this role Carole is responsible for the day to day running of the office, ensuring a professional approach is always provided to visitors and staff with a no task is to big or small effigy.

Zeshan Khan
Finance Manager

A Qualified Accountant with in excess of 10 years’ extensive experience working in finance environments, Zeshan joined Your Chapter in 2022. He overseas the financial aspects of the organisation, ensuring Your Chapter is efficient in the way it operates. Zeshan has a wide remit of accounting responsibilities including internal/external reporting aspects, and enjoys being part of the Your Chapter family where he can leave a positive footprint with his dedication and commitment to help vulnerable children and young people.

Emily Hughes
Executive PA to the CEO

Emily supports the Chief Executive Officer as an Executive Personal Assistant. She is often the first point of call for many, liaising with the management team and our residential homes providing wider administration support, organising diary, meetings and travel arrangements. Currently studying at The Open University for her BA(Hons) in Education Studies, as an Executive PA, Emily’s main focus is to ensure the smooth running and operations of the CEO’s schedule and supporting our residential homes where needed.
