Location: North West and Midlands

We are actively recruiting senior residential care workers to assist home managers in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values. You will support and manage the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. You will ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated, working in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. 

You will also offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards and regulations as directed by the registered manager, and promote a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with clinical and education.
